We made the topping from SKC, but niece used the pizza dough recipe from a class she took while in Italy. This was excellent, and so simple: thin pizza dough sprinkled with parmesan and mozzarella, then piled with shaved asparagus that had been tossed with olive oil, salt, and pepper. We forgot to sprinkle on scallions after it came out of the oven, but didn't miss them.
